General Terms and Conditions (GTCs) for events on michaeicher.ch
1. General
We look forward to welcoming you to our events. Please note that by participating in our events, these terms and conditions apply.
2. Participation and refund
Our events require considerable organizational and financial effort. To ensure you have a valuable experience, we rely on our dedication and passion. Should something come up that prevents you from attending a booked course, the following options are available:
Option 1: Transfer ticket
You can gift your ticket to another person. To do so, send us an email with the recipient's contact details (first name, last name, email address, mobile phone). The ticket will then be transferred.
Option 2: Refund in the form of a credit note
If you are unable to attend, we will refund a portion of the ticket price depending on the time of your cancellation:
Up to 14 days before the event: 100% refund in the form of a credit note (no cash payment).
Up to 7 days before the event: 50% refund in the form of a credit note.
From 6 days before the event: No refund possible.
For photo tours, 21 days before departure: 100% refund in the form of a credit note, and up to 14 days before departure: 50% refund in the form of a credit note. No refunds are possible after 13 days.
3. Cancellation by us
If we have to cancel an event, we'll refund your ticket price in full. Alternatively, you can use the amount as a credit for a future event in the same year.
4. Disclaimer
We assume no liability for damages arising in connection with participation in our events, except in cases of gross negligence or intent on our part.
